i am using sametex theme that it have been integrated with your WPbakery plugin
I saw an issue when element project is not show in front end of website
Can you help me to explain and fix this issue ?

I purchased dhwc page template builder from envato with extended support. But i can’t seem to veiw the template in front end editor, there is no button for that like in builder. And when I click preview on top im directed to an empty page. I also realized i couldn’t save a current template. So i went to your support site, but was directed to purchase a new license. I have WP Bakery through my theme. Regardless, i purchased it through your official site in attempts for a quick fix or at least to talk to someone. But no luck for fix. And i can’t seem to find email or support channel. Please help.
