Introducing Support Plus

Starting May 12, 2025, we’re renaming our support service to Support Plus and introducing subscriptions. It’s the same support you already use, but the “Plus” reflects the added benefits like auto-updates, templates, AI tools, and typography features you get along with access to our ticketing system. We also plan to add more features to increase the value of the subscription.

Before, you got Premium Support free for the first year. After that, you could renew it manually for another 12 months, and then again after that. With Support Plus, you can now subscribe to set automatic renewals and get help faster with priority ticket support. You can also continue renewing manually with the standard support if you prefer.

Price is changing too, to $59/year. It’s a $10 increase  that better reflects the value that Support Plus provides, and our commitment to develop and improve WPBakery for the long term.

What is Support Plus?

Support Plus is the new name for our support offering, replacing Premium Support.

It’s included for free for 12 months when you buy a WPBakery Page Builder License, and offered on a subscription basis after that, or as a manual renewal if you prefer.

Support Plus includes:

  • Access to our ticketing system so you can get help from our dedicated support team
  • Automatic updates for WPBakery so you can update the plugin with one click straight from the dashboard
  • Access to the template library with over 85 pre-built layout templates
  • WPBakery AI with 20,000 monthly AI credits at your disposal for text and code generation
  • Typography feature to use custom fonts from Google and Adobe

After 12 months, you have two renewal options:

  • To subscribe to Support Plus for $59/year to get auto-renewals, with priority support
  • To purchase Support Plus via a manual renewal for $59, but without priority support

About Priority Support

With priority support, customers are placed ahead in the support queue and issues resolved faster. However, we also look at how urgent the issue is – business-critical problems are always treated with high priority.

How to Subscribe to Support Plus?

To subscribe, log in to your WPBakery Customer Center account and navigate to the ‘Licenses’ section.

Choose the license you want to renew. Click ‘Renewal options’. You’ll see the option to either manually renew or subscribe to Support Plus. Choose the option you want and proceed to checkout.

Why the Changes?

The decision was driven by three factors:

  • To be in a stronger position to weather the growing uncertainties in the market, including within the WordPress ecosystem.
  • To invest more in our products – a process we began in 2023
  • To choose a better name for our support offering

Just last month, we launched our Roadmap, giving customers the opportunity to request and vote on features. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products, and user feedback is incredibly important to us.

Not long ago, we introduced WPBakery AI, an SEO Toolkit, and a brand-new Customer Center – along with many smaller features designed to streamline your workflow. And there’s more to come.

The new name – Support Plus – reflects this evolution. It was important to retain the word Support because helping users is core to our business, and fast, high-quality support is critical for yours. The Plus part represents everything extra we offer beyond support – what we’ve already introduced, and the exciting new features we’ll continue to add over time.

FAQs

What kind of support do I get with WPBakery?

Every WPBakery Page Builder license includes 1 year of Support Plus. This gives you access to auto-updates, our support ticket system, the template library, WPBakery AI, and typography features.

After the first year, you can purchase Support Plus as a subscription or manually, as you did previously with Premium Support.

You can also access our Knowledge Base, Video Academy, and Facebook Community to get help anytime.

What’s the difference between Premium Support and Support Plus?

Support Plus includes everything in Premium Support, but adds auto-renewal and priority support so your tickets get handled faster when you choose the subscription option.

Can I cancel the Support Plus subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date. The remaining support period won’t be affected.

Does this work with multisite or bulk licenses?

Yes. You can renew Support Plus for your multisite licenses (for 5 and 10 sites) or in bulk (starting from 20+ licenses) via bulk manual renewal. Simply contact our support team.
