WPBakery 9.1 is coming soon: new improvements, better experience

WPBakery 9.0 introduced one of the biggest updates to our page builder, with a redesigned editing interface, rebuilt drag-and-drop functionality and more efficient CSS loading. Now, we’re taking the next step.

With WPBakery 9.1, we’re building on that feedback to deliver the updated experience to the Backend Editor, improve layout management, and introduce further performance optimizations.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming!

What’s new in WPBakery 9.1?

Updated Backend Editor

With version 9.1, we’re bringing the updated interface introduced in WPBakery 9.0 to the Backend Editor, creating a more consistent experience across both editing environments.

The update brings a redesigned interface, clearer element information and improvements to how rows and sections are identified and organized, making complex layouts easier to navigate.

Smarter JavaScript loading

Following the CSS loading improvements in WPBakery 9.0, we’re introducing smarter Split JavaScript Loading in version 9.1. Instead of loading JavaScript for every available element, WPBakery will load the scripts based on the elements used on your page, helping reduce unnecessary resources and improve efficiency.

Help us make WPBakery 9.1 even better!

The WPBakery 9.0 beta showed us how valuable community feedback can be. Your testing, suggestions, and insights helped us improve the release, and we’re excited to do it again.

Before the official release, we’re preparing a beta version of WPBakery 9.1 and we’d like our community to be part of the testing process to which you can sign up using this form.

Whether you’re a designer, developer, or everyday WPBakery user, your feedback helps us build a better experience for everyone.
